Dear Community,

We are pleased to inform you that generous contributions of 110 donors to MMAC’s COVID-19 fundraiser has helped raise over 10,000 CAD so far.

We are highly indebted to the donors for giving us an opportunity to help our community with their basic needs during this time of unease.

So far we have received 50 requests. These include families, students, single parents, and recently landed immigrants.

The support was provided on a case-by-case basis in the form of funds, food kits, medical support/contacts, guidance on government programs and immigration support. All cases were well-documented.

Please do not hesitate to call our volunteer team members who have been dispersed across the country for any help. Please note that the information of people who receive our support will remain strictly confidential.

Please contact Thamim (647-674-4588) for any questions.

Thank you again!
